Diana Hashaw, ARNP

Diana Hashaw is Board Certified as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in Tampa, Florida and Master of Science in Family Nursing at the University of South Florida in Tampa.  Her clinical interests include all types of surgery and wound care issues.

Ms. Hashaw is a member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurses’ Council, Inc., and the Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant Alliance.
