Dr. Donald Straub is Board Certified in General Surgery. He earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida and his Doctor of Osteopathy, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Straub completed an internship at Parkview Hospital through Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center McKeesport and Pinnacle Polyclinic Medical Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining HealthPoint Medical Group, Dr. Straub was in private practice in Pennsylvania and in the Tampa Bay area.
Dr Straub is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. His clinical interests include advanced laparoscopy, endoscopy, and breast disease.
