Forrest Haslup, MD, FACS

Dr. Forrest Haslup is Board Certified in Surgery and General Vascular Surgery.  He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.  He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, where he also completed his General Surgery internship.  He completed his General Surgery residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida and a Fellowship in General Vascular Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Florida Medical Association, Hillsborough County Medical Association, the Florida Vascular Society, and the Southeastern Surgical Congress.
